James O'Reilly: I recently received my second (re)order for these sticky notes and immediately I noticed they were not as sticky as the first batch. Not very sticky at all. I was very disappointed. I called the customer service team and I was assured that this was some type of manufacturing glitch and I would be refunded immediately. I did not want a refund, I wanted a new order. Much to my surprise, the associate informed me that a new shipment would go out the next day and I would have my new delivery in less than 3 business days. I just received the order and this batch is perfect. Thanks for standing behind your products and for the exceptional service I received.
